Our workshop facilities offer a comprehensive range of services tailor made to meet individual partner repair strategies and the maintenance contracts (such as printer maintenance contracts) that Taalus offer. These include Return to Base repair with managed loan or replacement stock, accredited multi-vendor repair, manufacturer warranty repair, Time and Materials repair as well as upgrade and modification routines.
All repairs are carried out within manufacturer guidelines using state of the art diagnostic hardware and software tools, and only manufacturer sourced parts are used.
Management, tracking and reporting of all repair work carried out is integral to our partner focused workshop function. Customised reporting and trend analysis enables Taalus and its partners to quickly identify problem areas and implement effective corrective processes.
Portable Appliance Testing (PAT testing) is carried out on all repaired equipment ensuring that equipment leaving Taalus on behalf of its partners conforms to all health and safety guidelines.
