Working in conjunction with our clients or partners, Taalus’ project managers provide detailed management with regular reporting and reviews. Regional offices allow us to deploy engineers across the UK cost effectively for multi-site contracts.
With our regional offices and national staff, Taalus provides cost effective services for rollout projects. A dedicated project manager will liaise with clients and site contacts, organise site surveys, deliver the project with regular project reviews and post-project documentation.

Many projects require external services and Taalus can assist in specifying the type of services required, obtain pricing, choose the service provider and liaise with external resources during the project.
Taalus allocate technical engineers with suitable skill sets to install and train staff in the relevant aspects of the project. These services are available UK-wide.
We operate either within or outside normal working hours, and our practices are all based on well proven PRINCE2 processes.
