We are pleased to announce the acquisition of the component companies of the Malvolio Group - PCS Technical Services, Uppersystem and Office Communications - by another RCapital group company, Taalus Ltd. This will lead to a rebranding of the individual organisations to reflect the integrated approach of Taalus.
